Job Description:

CapEd’s Branch Lead will supervise branch staff by scheduling, training, and coaching, and serve as back up in opening new accounts and taking loan applications. Duties include performing basic teller activities such as transactions involving paying and receiving cash, payments, cross selling and referring members to obtain additional credit union products and services.

Responsibilities include providing high levels of customer service and recognizing sales opportunities. This team member will process an array of member transactions, provide immediate service by welcoming members and guests, and actively listen to member’s needs in order to educate and cross sell products and services to meet those needs.

Education/Experience Required:

High School diploma or equivalent


Additional Comments:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Two to five years of similar or related experience, along with supervisory experience
  • Must have some new accounts experience
  • Strong proven sales skills, delivered with a service-first philosophy
  • Ability to travel to all CapEd locations
  • Fluent Spanish Bilingual preferred but not required
