A minimum of 1-year successful Branch Management

A strong desire to help people grow

Lending experience is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Salary will range from $60K – $75K, of course depending on experience.

This is a full-time position that may require flexible hours as we work through the process of establishing the new branch.  We believe in a work life balance, and we offer very generous vacation time along with a separate sick bank, and 12 paid holidays each year along with flex time for extra hours worked.

Additional benefits include medical, dental and vision. Long term disability, Life and AD& D insurance. A generous 401K contribution each year along with an employer match. We will pay $100 towards your parking or public transit for your commute to our downtown location while you train. Parking will be free at the Hillsboro location.

Our Hiring Process & Timeline

We will review resumes until the position is filled.

We will begin scheduling 30-minute phone interviews on 8/30/2021 and begin scheduling one hour in-person interviews the same week, based upon the results of the phone interviews.

Applicants may be invited for a second one-hour interview if necessary and we will make an offer shortly thereafter.

We would like to have the selected candidate start by 10/01/2021.
