Bilingual Service Center Representative

SELCO Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Bilingual Service Center Representative for our Service Call Center. This position is responsible for providing service to our members over the phone or electronically by answering questions, resolving problems, and promoting Credit Union products and services. This position is available to temporarily work from home.
At least six (6) months customer service or call center experience and sales experience is required. Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English.
