Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Serve as the main representative of the café, maintaining consistent and punctual attendance to open and close the café Monday-Friday.
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Establish rapport with all customers to uncover customer needs in relation to products and services offered by Maps and its subsidiary (CUSO) companies.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards and ensure that established food safety regulations/guidelines are followed.
The ideal candidate will have the highest level of ethical behavior, have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of cash handling and food service experience. Must possess a valid Food Handlers Card or receive within 30 days of hire.
