Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and outgoing personality. Will need to demonstrate leadership skills and foster an environment supportive of management and the Credit Union’s values. To be successful, the ideal candidate will be a problem solving, focused individual who possesses exceptional research, organization, analytical, and communication skills. This individual should be a self-starter who is proficient at identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies. Will be responsible for gathering and implementing data to complete the 5300 Call Report on a quarterly basis in addition to numerous monthly/quarterly spreadsheets.


Education/Experience Required:

  1.    High School Diploma-minimum (some college preferred)
  2.    At least (5) years of member service and operations experience
  3.    Minimum of (3) years of supervisory experience
  4.    Must be bondable

 


Additional Comments:

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES

-Skilled in software used in the credit union such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

-This position is required to work a minimum of one (half) Saturday per month and perform month/quarter/year end procedures.   

-Must encourage and inspire team unity, commitment and trust.  Facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to solve problems and accomplish goals

-Perform the functions of the Manager in his/her absence

-Utilize sound judgement, maintain knowledge, and use decision making skills 

-Adhere to standards of internal and external controls, policies and procedures, and BSA regulations

Process garnishments and bankruptcy paperwork

-Performs duties of a teller or loan officer when needed

-Obtain and maintain your appointment as a Washington State Notary Public
