Our Assistant Call Center Manager requires more than just a pleasant voice; it’s a key position that requires confidence, tact, professionalism and leadership. In tandem with the Call Center Manager, you’ll direct and be responsible for the daily operations of our Call Center and our electronic branch. You’ll monitor call software, implement security controls and handle escalated calls. You will take the lead on staff supervision -coaching, evaluating, supporting and inspiring our team to offer their friendliest and most accurate service.  You’ll be is responsible for supervisory duties including setting performance expectations, evaluations, employment issues, coaching staff, training and mentoring staff.  You’ll underwrite loans, ensure compliance, be responsible for accurate monthly reports and act as primary contact for our after-hours vendor.

What you will need to be successful:

  • HS diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Call center experience
  • Financial industry experience and lending experience, preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication and computer skills required

Annual Compensation:  Generally starts at
$64k/yr +bonus, more depending on experience
