Summary
Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a full-time, hourly Administration Facilities Coordinator to work out of our Bremerton Harborside corporate office in beautiful Kitsap County Washington. This position is responsible for the support to the administrative departments and the branches by processing Kitsap Credit Union requests for supplies, PC related equipment, forms and inventories. This role orders, verifies and disburses the supplies and PC related equipment timely and efficiently. This position is responsible for keeping the required levels of stock supplies and forms up-to-date and within the budget constraints established each year.

Typical Job Duties
- Research vendors and suppliers for low cost, good quality, and excellent service for all supplies, forms, and PC office related equipment
- Conduct mail courier duties for corporate office daily
- Conduct mail courier duties for Administration Dept. and Harborside daily.
- Manage Facilities ticketing program (HIPPO), administrator for all users, provided monthly reports to Manager.
- Track all invoices, orders and budgeted work using Concur, Office Depot and other related data bases.

Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years administrative experience
- Possession of a valid Washington State Driver’s License and must pass an annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle in all weather conditions
- Ability to move and lift weights of up to approximately 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience in purchasing in a Financial Institution
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software
Kitsap Credit Union requires new hires to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work.
