There Are No Leaders. Now What?
Speaker: Kevin Parker
This session examines leadership versus leaders. We’ve all studied the great leaders, read the books, watched the movies, and played follow the leader. What if you learned there were no such thing as a leader? What if, instead, we discovered that leadership is a muscle to be exercised, utilized, rested, and recovered — something we can develop, hone, and target. How would that unlock potential in your team and help grow bench strength within your organization? Let’s find out.
