Welcome to the 2019 Exhibitor Registration page for the Northwest Credit Union Association’s Annual MAXX Convention & Trade Show. This site is designed to help you make the best advertising and sponsorship selections for your company.

Held in conjunction with the Northwest Credit Union Association’s MAXX Convention and Annual Business Meeting, the Trade Show is your opportunity to showcase your products and services to the decision-makers from the credit unions in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. They will have the opportunity to meet YOU, while exploring the wide range of products and services that support their day-to-day operations and strategic objectives.

Registration Information

Before You Register
  1. Make sure that you have signed up for a user account on the NWCUA website.
  2. Review this page for complete details of the 2019 MAXX Trade Show and determine which registration options are right for you. Things have changed since last year, so please take a moment to review.
  3. Take a look at the floor plan to find the booth location that is right for you.

Payment Information

The preferred method of payment is by credit card. If you are planning on paying by check, you MUST enter the word CHECK as the discount code on the shopping cart page before you continue on to checkout. You must then mail your payment within  5 days  of registration, or your booth reservation will be released.

On-Site Registration

If you need to register on-site for additional personnel, the registration fee will be based on the on-site fee plus a $25.00 on-site processing fee. All on-site fees must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or cash. No personal checks will be accepted.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Our value packed booth marketing packages provide premium exposure and brand recognition for your company, but there are many other opportunities to raise your profile at the 2019 MAXX Convention as well.

Whether it’s sponsoring a Keynote Address, Program Journal, Tote Bags, the Smart Phone App, Water and/or Coffee Stations, or sponsoring a Reception, Lunch or Breakfast, there are many ways you can enhance your visibility and be recognized by your existing and future credit union customers. Trade Show Sponsorship Restrictions

Certain restrictions apply. If you are not looking to purchase a traditional booth exhibit space but would still like to purchase a sponsorship, we do have certain requirements to fulfill. You must purchase a Full Convention Badge* ($425), and enough sponsorships for your total cost to be at least the cost of a booth ($3,395, including badge cost and sponsorship cost) to qualify for these sponsorship opportunities. If you have any questions regarding these restrictions, please contact Erin Bennett at [email protected].

*A Convention Badge Includes: Access to Trade Show, General Session, Educational Sessions and Breakout Sessions, as well as the Welcome and Trade Show Receptions. If you would like to attend the Awards Dinner and Gala, tickets are sold separately.

A booth purchase includes two badges, providing access to the Trade Show, General Sessions, Educational Sessions, and Breakout Sessions, as well as the Welcome and Trade Show Receptions.

Make sure you register all your team’s badges at time of registration. If you don’t have names for everyone who needs a badge at the time of registration, please put TBD for first and last name.

Credit Unions for Kids Auction

Have you always wanted to be a part of the Credit Unions for Kids Auction? Now is your chance! This year we will be celebrating over 30 years of this collaborative fundraising effort in the Northwest. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 16 during the NWCUA MAXX Convention in Spokane. The entire credit union community comes together as we raise money for our eight Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

We are seeking items to be auctioned off during the silent and live auction on October 16. All silent auction items are displayed with signage describing the item, your company logo will be recognized here for your generous donation. Your booth number will be listed on this signage as well. All live auction items will be recognized in our printed Auction Program.

Curious about what to donate? We’ve had everything from gift cards to travel excursions and getaways. Basket items have contained amazing wine and cheese mixes, sports items, and more. Now is your chance to be a part of this amazing opportunity to make a difference for a sick child in need.

If you wish to attend the Auction–and we hope you do–tickets must be purchased separately – more information on how to purchase tickets will be available soon.
