Welcome to the 2018 Exhibitor Registration page for the Northwest Credit Union Association’s annual MAXX Convention & Trade Show. This site is designed to help you make the best advertising and sponsorship selections for your company. Gaining brand recognition and acceptance is essential at a venue like this.

Held in conjunction with the Northwest Credit Union Association’s MAXX Convention and Annual Business Meeting, the Trade Show is your opportunity to showcase your products and services to the decision-makers of the credit unions in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. They will have the opportunity to meet YOU, while shopping and exploring the wide range of products and services that support their day-to-day operations and strategic objectives.

Registration Information

Before You Register:

  1. Make sure that you have signed up for a user account on the NWCUA website.
  2. Review this page for complete details of the 2018 MAXX Trade Show and to determine what registration options are right for you. Things have changed since last year, so please makes sure you review.
  3. Take a look at the Live Floor Plan to find the booth location that is right for you.

Registration Steps:

  1. If you know of a sponsorship opportunity you are interested in procuring, or would like a list of great sponsorship opportunities, contact Kaitlin Ramos at kramos@nwcua.org and let her know which sponsorship you’d like to purchase.
  2. Click the Register Now button at the top of the page to purchase your booth.
    1. We will reach out to you for Badge holders Names.
    2. All Names are Due by Oct. 1, 2018.
  3. Reserve your hotel.

Payment Information:

Please Note: The preferred method of payment is by credit card. If you are planning on paying by check, you MUST enter the word CHECK as the discount code on the shopping cart page before you continue on to checkout. You must then mail your payment within 5 days of registration, or your booth reservation will be released.

On-Site Registration:

If you need to register on-site for additional personnel the registration fee will be based on the on-site fee plus a $25.00 on-site processing fee. All on-site fees must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or cash. No personal checks will be accepted for any reason.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Our value packed booth marketing packages provide premium exposure and brand recognition for your company, but there are many other opportunities to raise your profile at the 2018 MAXX Convention as well.

Whether it’s sponsoring a Keynote Address, Charging Stations, Tote Bags, the Smart Phone App, Water and/or Coffee Stations or sponsoring  Breakfast, there are many ways you can be recognized by your existing and future credit union customers. We’ve updated our sponsorship registration process this year. If you see a sponsorship you’d like to purchase for your company, contact Kaitlin Ramos at kramos@nwcua.org to secure your selection.

Trade Show Sponsorship Restrictions

Certain restrictions apply. If you are not looking to purchase a traditional booth exhibit space, we do have certain requirements to fulfill. You must purchase a Full Convention Badge* ($425), and enough sponsorships for your total cost to be at least the cost of a booth; $2,995 (badge cost + sponsorship cost), in order to qualify for these sponsorship opportunities. Booth & Badge Information

Use the Live Floor Plan to find the booth that works best for you—write down the number of the booth you want as you’ll need to select that booth later in the registration process to reserve your spot. Reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis.
