Welcome to the 2020 Strategic Link Trade Show exhibitor registration page. This site is designed to help you make the best booth and sponsorship selections for your company.

Held in conjunction with the Northwest Credit Union Association’s MAXX Convention and Annual Business Meeting, the Trade Show is an opportunity to showcase your products and services to credit union decision-makers from across Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. They will have the opportunity to meet you, while exploring the wide range of products and services you offer to support their day-to-day operations and strategic objectives.

Registration Information

Before You Register
  1. Make sure you have created a user account on NWCUA’s website
    • We recently updated our database, and you will need to create a new account, first, before completing your registration. If you experience any issues setting up your new account, please refer to our troubleshooting tips and tricks. 
  2. Review this page for Trade Show details
    • Determine the registration options that are right for you, as some items have changed since last year’s Trade Show. Please take a moment to review the new options and process. 
  3. Study the floor plan to find the best booth for your business
    • New for 2020: Choose your top three booth locations! You will need the numbers of your top three choices when you register.  If your top option is unavailable, we will place you in your second choice, and so on. Should your top three choices be taken, we will get in touch with you.
    • Your booth will be assigned and you will receive a confirmation email from NWCUA. 
    • The floor plan on this page is updated regularly.
  4. Sponsorship opportunities may be found on the registration page
    • If you would like to learn about additional sponsorship options, or discuss a custom sponsorship package, please reach out to Erin Bennett at [email protected]. 
  5. Badges
    • Badge names will be collected at a later date. You will receive an email from NWCUA approximately 120 days before the event to confirm your badge holders’ names.
    • Your booth purchase includes two convention badges. Any additional badges may be added to your booth purchase during the initial registration process.
  6. Payment
    • Credit card payments are collected during the registration process. If you prefer to be invoiced, please complete your order, place it in your shopping cart, and reach out to Erin Bennett to initiate the invoicing process.

On-Site Registration
If you need to register additional personnel on-site, the registration fee will be based on the on-site fee plus a $25.00 on-site processing fee. All on-site fees must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or cash. No personal checks will be accepted on-site for any reason.

Badge Information

Badges Included with Booth Registration
Two badges are included with your booth purchase. A badge includes access to the Trade Show, General Sessions, Educational Sessions, and Breakout Sessions, as well as the Welcome and Trade Show Receptions. If you would like to attend the CU4Kids Auction or Awards Dinner and Gala, tickets are sold separately.

Additional badges are available for purchase at $425 each.

Purchase Awards Dinner and Gala tickets upon arrival at the convention during registration. Tickets are $99.

Credit Unions for Kids Auction
Tickets to the Credit Unions for Kids Auction and dinner are available for $150 each, and include access to the auction’s reception. Purchase tickets upon arrival at the convention during registration.

Certain restrictions apply. If you are interested in purchasing a sponsorship without a traditional booth purchase, you must purchase a Full Convention Badge* ($425) and the total cost of your sponsorship must be equal to or more than the cost of a traditional booth ($3,395 including badge cost and sponsorship cost) to qualify for these sponsorship opportunities. Credit Union for Kids Auction

Have you always wanted to be a part of the Credit Unions for Kids Auction? Now is your chance! This year, we will be celebrating more than 30 years of this collaborative fundraising effort in the Northwest. The auction takes place on Wednesday, Sept. 30, during the NWCUA MAXX Convention in Portland. The entire credit union community comes together as we raise money for the eight Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in our region.

We are seeking items to be auctioned off during the silent and live auction during the event. All silent auction items are displayed with signage, including an item description, your company logo, and your booth number. All live auction items will be recognized in our printed Auction Program.

Curious about what to donate?
We’ve had everything from gift cards to travel excursions and getaways. Basket items have included wine and cheese mixes, sporting goods, themed items, and more. Now is your chance to be a part of this amazing event that’s helping to fund life-saving care for children seeking treatment in our region’s Children’s Miracle Network hospitals.

Important Dates & Deadlines

Aug. 1 • Cancellation Deadline
After Aug. 1, 100% of the booth fee will be forfeited after cancellation deadline.
$500 administrative cancellation fee on or before Aug. 1.

Sept. 1 • Credit Union Attendee List Available to Exhibitors / Badge Names Due
