Kimberley McGair’s practice emphasizes a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, commercial collections, personal injury defense, real estate litigation, and employment law. She is an advocate for her clients and provides them with practical advice and strong representation to protect their interests and help them achieve their objectives as efficiently as possible. Over the past fourteen years she has successfully arbitrated and tried cases for businesses and financial institutions as well as assisted numerous clients in negotiating favorable ends to their litigation disputes in all facets of business. McGair has handled cases involving complex trade secret protection litigation, personal injury defense, employment law, securities violations, real estate and boundary disputes, homeowners association disputes, defense of consumer law claims and complex commercial litigation. McGair has been selected by peers to the Oregon Rising Stars list for the past five years (2009-2013) an honor bestowed on only 2.5% of Oregon Lawyers under the age of 40 or in practice for less than ten years.

Kelly Tilden focuses her practice in the areas of employment law, business, and litigation. She offers practical advice and experience-based insight to help employers confidently apply state and federal regulations.

In her employment law practice, Tilden advises clients regarding the hiring, discipline and termination of employees, compliance with state and federal civil rights, wage and hour laws, and leave laws. Tilden counsels businesses and helps them develop employee handbooks and policies, professional employment agreements including non-competition and other agreements to protect trade secrets, and severance packages. She also provides advice related to employee issues and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions of businesses.

Tilden represents clients with business disputes, including protection of trade secrets, professional negligence, securities, real estate matters, construction law claims, general contract disputes, and debt collection.

Trish WalshTrish A. Walsh

Trish Walsh focuses her practice in the areas of litigation and employment law, protecting clients’ interests inside and outside the courtroom. She practices in a wide variety of civil litigation areas including complex commercial, debtor-creditor and employment, offering a broad range of services to business and financial clients. Walsh has also successfully arbitrated cases in Oregon. Selected by her peers to the Oregon Rising Stars list in 2013, Walsh received an honor bestowed on only 2.5% of Oregon Lawyers under the age of 40 or in practice for less than ten years. In her employment practice, Walsh drafts, audits and updates policy handbooks and provides advice on employment issues under Oregon, Washington and federal laws. Prior to joining Farleigh Wada Witt, Walsh served for two years as a law clerk for the Honorable John C. Coughenour, United States District Court, Western District of Washington. Walsh began her practice as a litigation associate at a firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
