About the HR & Trainers' Council

The HR & Trainers’ Council provides a forum for credit union professionals in human resources and training to learn about new techniques, preview other credit union’s practices, and share professional presentations in this self-directed forum. The open format of this Council serves to encourage and recharge staff dealing with similar challenges and developments within the Credit Union Movement. Human resources and training professionals will gather to learn, teach, and pass on tips; providing resources, information, and networking and professional development opportunities to best prepare for what’s on the horizon.

Please note: Council meeting times are listed in Pacific Standard Time.

Best Work Places Panel Discussion

Did you ever wonder how organizations are chosen as a “Best Place to Work?” Are you interested in finding out how organizations that were selected were able to create a culture and environment that allowed them to achieve such an accomplishment? Join us as we host recent “Best Places to Work” winners on an inspiring panel. Credit Unions from Idaho, Oregon and Washington will share secrets to their companies’ success in building culture and a great place to work.

Roundtable Discussion

Share best practices and ideas with the individuals who wear your shoes every day.  Bring your questions, topics and challenges!  We will reach out prior for topics as well.
