Session 3
Tues, Nov. 2
9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. PDT
10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. MDT
We look forward to our next Financial Strategy Council Meeting on Nov. 2. One of the items on the agenda will be Leveraging Consumer Loan Pricing for Better Results. Abrigo’s Daryl Mataya will present this topic. Setting up a loan modeling mechanism with the discipline that goes with it is not trivial. These efforts clearly take time and have additional costs associated with the software, data gathering, strategy assistance, and reporting results.

We will address the potential return we get on this investment. How can we make better decisions and get better results?

To address the topic, we will cover:
The most common and valuable outputs of a pricing model.
Institution level measures can tell us if we are doing better at loan pricing.
Can pricing information be used to justify a strategy change?
Can we offer a loan that the market seems to want but that we do not?

In addition, we hope to cover additional topics of interest and make time for a group discussion.
