I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving holiday. CUNA is closely watching developments at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau today as the leadership debate plays out…CUNA submitted comments to the NCUA on their Regulatory Reform agenda and the Senate Appropriations Committee released its draft spending package to fund agencies and government functions…CUNA also filed Reply Comments concerning its petition before the FCC seeking declaratory relief for credit unions from the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
