Joe Salesky is CEO of CRMNEXT, the largest global provider of CRM in financial services. A seasoned expert in software and financial services, Joe has spent more than 35 years developing and delivering disruptive technology-enabled solutions. He holds 27 patents on technologies currently used by both consumers and large enterprises. He led the use of mobile banking for 9 of the top 12 banks in the USA, and for the Credit Union movement including BECU and Navy Fed, invented the use of credit card transaction data being used to target offers, banking alerts, mobile banking, the one-time-pin and secure chatbot technology. He helped lead the internet technology work of the Clinton White House, and currently is the founder of an organization providing 1 Billion books to kids and parents worldwide.
