Mark Your Calendars for These 2022 Collaboration & Networking Events

As another impactful year for the Credit Union Movement comes to a close, credit unions are looking forward to continuing the spirit of collaboration and innovation in 2022.

NWCUA’s Councils are a perfect opportunity to do that.

Each of the seven Councils — Collections, Commercial Services, Compliance, HR & Trainers, Lenders, Marketing, and Risk Management — delves into the critical issues today’s credit unions have top of mind. Convening three times per year, the meetings provide a forum for credit union professionals to gather virtually with peers in their shared discipline to exchange insight, discuss challenges, brainstorm possible solutions, and keep up with the latest industry trends.

“I really like the way [Councils] are being done,” said Darin Olson, Head of Compliance at Idaho Central Credit Union. “[There’s] a really good mix of topics, speakers, and expertise.”

Now’s the perfect time for NWCUA member credit unions to renew or purchase their Power User Membership for the upcoming year. With this registration option, credit unions may send an unlimited number of staff members to attend all 2022 Council meetings.

Credit union professionals can also purchase a membership to attend all Council meetings in a specific discipline or register for individual meetings. View all 2022 membership options online.

“Not only is it a great way for people to network but it’s a great medium for learning about the general industry and staying informed about the credit union world,” said Lexy Strong, Community Outreach & Events Coordinator at Clarity Credit Union.”

The 2022 Council agenda is shaping up to be one of the best yet. Mark your calendars for the following meeting dates so you don’t miss out:
