Three Northwest Professionals Named 2021 Credit Union Rock Stars
October 5, 2021
Three Northwest credit union professionals have been named 2021 Credit Union Rock Stars by Credit Union Magazine.
The Credit Union Rock Stars program recognizes outstanding credit union professionals and volunteers from a wide range of disciplines who use their unique strengths to advance the missions of their credit unions. This year’s winners were selected for their exceptional creativity, innovation, and passion for the credit union movement.
“The 2021 class of Rock Stars is diverse in its backgrounds and strengths,” said Michelle Willits, Publisher of Credit Union Magazine. “During the past year’s trying times, these Credit Union Rock Stars used their unique characteristics to serve their members, their communities, and their co-workers.”
This year’s Northwest Rock Stars are:
- Arnessa Belin — Contact Center Supervisor, BECU
- Rachel Pross — Chief Operations Officer, Maps Credit Union
- Karen Simmons — Consumer Loan Product Manager, BECU
Belin was also selected as a CUNA GAC “Crasher” this year, and is joining nine other credit union young professionals as a 2021 YP Lead! Through the YP Leads program, credit union champions earn complimentary registration to the annual MAXX convention, taking place Oct. 5-7 in Boise this year, and join a growing network of future credit union leaders.
The 2021 Credit Union Rock Stars will be profiled in a special digital issue of Credit Union Magazine. To check out all the winners and read their stories, click here.
