First Community Credit Union Announces New Promotions to Leadership Team

First Community Credit Union, based in Coquille, Oregon, has announced the promotions of several employees on their leadership team.

As valuable employees of First Community, these promotions are meant to recognize the four individuals for their exceptional contributions, as well as support expectations for member service and the development of the credit union’s rapidly changing online services. 

Tia Steinhoff was promoted to Branch Manager at the credit union’s Coquille branch. Steinhoff began her career at First Community two years ago as a Teller and quickly advanced to the position of Financial Service Representative. Steinhoff is a newly licensed mortgage loan originator, and previous to her employment at First Community, she was a successful restaurant owner for 12 years. 

Ryne Hamman was promoted to Website Development Manager. Hamman, a long-term employee of 10 years, was previously a Website Development Supervisor. Hamman is a Certified Internet Web Professional with current experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

Nic Roberts was promoted to eBanking Development Manager. Roberts, who has been with the credit union for five years, was previously an eBanking Development Supervisor. Roberts holds a bachelor’s degree in Web Development from Boise State University and has previous experience in website development. 

Reid Bastian was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager at its Medford branch. A dedicated employee for the past six years, Bastian was previously a Branch Manager with First Community. Prior to his employment at First Community, Bastian was a licensed security and insurance sales agent, and has 10 years of management experience in the banking industry. 

The promotion of these individuals to the leadership team will help bolster and strengthen First Community’s relationship-focused strategy of member growth and provide exceptional service to the 80,000 members they currently serve in 29 communities throughout Oregon.
