Program Overview
This key advocacy event will bring together credit union advocates for discussion around legislative issues and updates, insights from legislative leaders, advocacy training, and more. Meetings between you and your local elected officials will be coordinated and scheduled in the days and weeks following the event.
Stand up for credit unions at the capitol this year to protect the credit union structure and expand powers in the state charter on April 14, during Oregon Credit Union Day at the Capitol. To make 2021’s advocacy efforts as impactful as possible, it’s essential a credit union professional from every district join for this year’s virtual advocacy event. This key advocacy event will bring together credit union advocates for discussion around legislative issues and updates, insights from legislative leaders, advocacy training, and more.
Meetings between you and your local elected officials will be coordinated and scheduled in the days and weeks following the event.
We will be using Zoom Meeting for this event. Meeting details will be shared with you two days ahead of the event. Please mark your calendars to save the date and time until then – April 14, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. PDT.
