2021 Virtual Idaho Credit Union Day at the Capitol
Program Overview
Calling all Idaho credit union advocates — get ready for an active 2021!
As 2020 winds down, 2021 is shaping up to be a very involved advocacy season in the Idaho Legislature. Join other Idaho credit union leaders and get ready for new and innovative ways to connect with your Idaho legislators. Protect the credit union structure and advance the charter by making your voice heard.
On Feb. 9, advocates will meet virtually to ensure the health and safety of the Idaho credit union family. Credit Union Day at the Capitol will provide you with exciting discussions around pressing issues and updates for the new year, including innovations in virtual advocacy, insights from regulatory and legislative leaders, and much more.
In this ever-changing advocacy landscape, it’s essential a credit union professional from every legislative district in Idaho contribute their voice for the Idaho advocacy event of the year.
While there won’t be meetings with legislators on the day of the event, as in past years, NWCUA will coordinate and schedule virtual meetings between you and your representatives in the days and weeks following. Credit Union Day at the Capitol will prepare you to share your unique credit union story and showcase how you are changing the lives of Idahoans.
We will be using Zoom Meeting for this event. Meeting details will be shared with you two days ahead of the event. Please mark your calendars to save the date and time until then – February 9, 2021, 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (MST)
Please visit the “Find Your Officials” accordion below to familiarize yourself with elected Legislators in your home and work districts, which will help you prepare for this exciting event.
