Learn Key Strategies for Leading Your Teams to Success
November 9, 2020
A workforce is only as strong as its leadership, and great leaders can guide their teams to success through even the most difficult situations. But what makes someone a great leader? Which tactics and strategies are the most successful? Join CU Learning TRAXX on Nov. 17, to find out.
During the upcoming Inform the Future session, Three Words to Describe Your Leadership, experts Isaac Mallory and Susan Salgado will examine Cross-Cultural Leadership, an approach which attempts to understand how culturally diverse individuals interact with each other.
They’ll share their own perspectives and unique insights on best practices for effectively leading diverse teams to success. Live session attendees can earn one CPE credit.
Mallory is the Senior Director of Growth Strategy at CU Solutions Group, a Strategic Link partner and CUSO. He leads a team that helps credit unions improve their strategy execution and human capital through unique software and consulting solutions.
Salgado is a consultant, speaker, and thought leader whose expertise lies at the intersection of leadership, organizational culture, and customer experience. She is the Founder of Grayson Consulting, and her passion lies in creating remarkable workplaces where people thrive.
Also taking place Nov. 17, is the sixth and final Culture Defines Experience session, New Workforce Thinking: Developing, Leading, and Coaching High-Functioning Teams in a Changing World, led by leadership experts from DDJ Myers, Deedee Myers and Darlene Dumont.
As credit union offices and branches re-open, key workforce questions remain: What makes a successful long-term remote or hybrid worker? What best practices should be implemented for rotating workers? What leadership behaviors are needed to manage a diverse workforce in multiple locations? Together, Myers and Dumont will examine these issues and share ideas on how to best leverage a strategic workforce in this new era.
