• Operational Innovation: Taking the Mobile Member Experience to the Next Level

• Community Impact & Financial Health: Social Purpose Credit Unions

  The Credit Union Movement itself was founded on community impact — a driving vision that embeds social purpose at the core of everything credit unions do. Learn the approach credit unions, such as Vancity Credit Union, employed to become true social-purpose credit unions, rallying members and non-members alike to their cause.

• Inform the Future: Three Words to Describe Your Leadership?

  Speakers: Isaac Mallory, Susan Salgado

  What three words define you as a leader? What three words define your credit union’s culture? Cross-cultural leadership attempts to understand how individuals of different cultures interact with each other. Hear from inspiring leadership experts and learn best practices on how to lead a culturally diverse team to success. Attendees of the live session can earn one CPE credit.

• Culture Defines Experience: New Workforce Thinking — Developing, Leading, and Coaching High-Functioning Teams in a Changing World
  2:30 – 3:30 p.m. PST (3:30 – 4:30 p.m. MST)
  Speakers: Deedee Myers, Darlene Dumont

  As credit union offices and branches re-open, key workforce questions remain: What makes a successful long-term remote or hybrid worker? What best practices should be implemented for rotating workers? Myers and Dumont will share a practical application of assessing, designing, creating, and integrating a strategic workforce while staying true to a credit union’s vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities.
