- Culture Defines Experience: New Workforce Thinking — Developing, Leading, and Coaching High-Functioning Teams in a Changing World
2:30 – 3:30 p.m. PST (3:30 – 4:30 p.m. MST)
Speakers: Deedee Myers, Darlene Dumont As credit union offices and branches re-open, key workforce questions remain: What makes a successful long-term remote or hybrid worker? What best practices should be implemented for rotating workers? Myers and Dumont will share a practical application of assessing, designing, creating, and integrating a strategic workforce while staying true to a credit union’s vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities.
