CU Learning TRAXX: Further Advance the Credit Union Movement by Prioritizing Board Diversity

8/4/2020

DirectorsCU Learning TRAXX kicks off tomorrow with five thought-provoking sessions, including one created exclusively for credit union Board members.

In the first Directors’ Only Series session, Leadership Recruitment: Attracting and Retaining Talent that Reflects your Community, speakers Monica Davy, Deedee Myers, and Niki Sharma will demonstrate how a credit union’s Board can effectively recruit, attract, and retain talent at the Board and executive leadership levels. Directors will leave this session with actionable steps to help build a Board that’s representative of their credit union’s diverse membership and broader community. In addition, those who attend will be able to earn CPE credits.

“Now more than ever, creating a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion is critical. Davy, Myers, and Sharma have years of experience in this effort, and their valuable insight will help credit unions build this culture from the top down.”
