As the Open Your Eyes to a Credit Union consideration campaign continues to resonate with consumers across the Northwest, your peers who serve on the Northwest Credit Union Association’s Strategic Market Share Task Force are interested in making those consumers aware of your community impact.
You have been going above and beyond in your service to members amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and you are standing with your communities to fight systemic racism and to promote financial inclusion for all.
As you continue this work, NWCUA and the Task Force want to collaborate with you to tell consumers and media in every corner of the region how credit unions serve. We believe coordinated outreach in a one-month period will get a lot of attention! There is no need for you to create new programs or services — this is about promoting what you’re already doing!
October is a big month for the credit union industry, as you often have community service special events planned. It’s Cybersecurity Month and Co-op Month, and also includes Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ Day, and International Credit Union Day. Tell us what you have planned for October using the form below!
