Pioneer Federal Credit Union Gives Back to Idaho Non-Profit Organizations

To celebrate its 65th anniversary, Pioneer Federal Credit Union contributed money to five non-profit organizations within the credit union’s field of membership in Southwestern Idaho. Funds were given to:

  • Idaho Humane Society – $26,780
  • Ronald McDonald House – $19,435
  • Sleep in Heavenly Peace – $16,380
  • Idaho Foodbank – $14,885
  • Junior Achievement of Idaho – $4,290

To raise the funds, new or existing Pioneer members who opened a new rewards checking account were given the opportunity to select which non-profit organization would receive their $65 donation from the credit union.

The Summer of 65 checking account promotion tied in Pioneer’s mission to “ignite lifelong partnerships, member success, and strong communities through “WOW” service.” The credit union would like to thank all who participated in this promotion to make it a success. The money raised will benefit many members of our communities and members with their new rewards checking who will be earning cash back monthly.
