MAXX 2019: Streamline Employee Compensation and Performance

CU Solutions will be at the Strategic Link Trade Show at MAXX again this year, and Anthem had the opportunity to discuss the employee management resources the company offers Northwest Credit Union Association members.
Anthem: What are you excited to showcase at MAXX 2019?

For example, our Compease compensation system provides more trusted salary data sources (nearly 700 credit unions) than any other compensation software, and is the only one to use salary data from CUNA. Our software tools eliminate cumbersome processes andwe also help credit unions through our consultative approach to software implementation.
Anthem: What can we expect from CU Solutions Group in the next year?
CU Solutions Group: You’ll see more tools and integrations built into our applications that will support credit unions in their strategic planning. Those enhancements include performance management and learning management synergies, which are already generating a strong positive reaction.
We have a strong connection to NWCUA and its member credit unions, so we’re excited to work with them in anyway to help achieve their goals.
