Leadership Announcements at Sound Credit Union

Sound Credit Union has hired three new vice presidents – Cyndi Crouch, Curtis Anderson, and Ranee Bray – who have been brought on as the Vice Presidents of Payments & Operations, Business Lending, and Enterprise Project Management, respectively.
Cyndi Crouch – VP, Payments & OperationsCyndi Crouch
Cyndi Crouch comes to Sound Credit Union with 29 years of experience working in the credit union industry. Most recently, she held the role of Director of Call Center Operations for Qualstar Credit Union, overseeing Call Center Operations, Onboarding and Outboarding. Crouch has also held roles within Altura Credit Union as VP of Operations and Woodstone Credit Union as Director of Relationship Services.
She chose to join the Sound team because of the organization’s commitment to the communities it serves, as well as its members-first mentality. In her new role, Crouch looks forward to working with her team on continuing to enhance overall member experience.
Curtis Anderson – VP, Business Lending
Curtis Anderson joins Sound Credit Union with 25 years of Business Lending experience, spanning across all aspects of the banking and credit union industries. His most recent roles included Senior Vice President of Small Business Administration (SBA) and USDA Lending at Rock Canyon Bank and Vice President of SBA and Commercial Lending at Town & Country Bank. He has also held leadership roles at Chartway Federal Credit Union and Mountain America Credit Union.
Having received numerous awards for previous SBA production and servicing, Anderson chose to join Sound for its established employee and company culture and looks forward to growing Commercial and SBA Lending at Sound.
Ranee Bray – VP, Enterprise Project Management
Ranee Bray joins Sound Credit Union from Charles Schwab, where she managed the organization’s cybersecurity program. In this role, she was responsible for the planning, management and execution of the company’s cyber portfolio, as well as operations for the program.
Bray chose to continue her career at Sound because its guiding principles of putting members first aligned with her own. She is looking ahead to helping her team and leadership execute Sound’s vision for its members, and ensuring the credit union continues to deliver the best value for members, employees and the community.
