MAXX 2019 Strategic Link Trade Show Brings More Than 120 Business Partners Together Under One Roof
The Trade Show kicks off Oct. 15 with an opening reception at the Spokane Convention Center.
At the annual MAXX Convention and Trade Show, hundreds of credit union professionals come together to learn from thought leaders, network with one another, and explore the latest in business solutions.
The Trade Show is an advantageous opportunity to meet top credit union business partners bringing value, expertise, and the latest in innovative products and services. Nowhere else in the Northwest can credit unions meet with more than 120 potential partners under one roof.
“This year’s Trade Show is going to be one for the record books,” said Jason Smith, NWCUA’s Vice President, Strategic Resources. “Credit union professionals will get hands-on demonstrations and a chance for one-on-one, in-depth conversations with potential partners offering top-notch services and products. We make it our mission to bring only the best in value and innovation to the Trade Show.”
New this year is the CU Pitch Contest – think “Shark Tank,” only credit-union style – happening during the Welcome Reception from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 15. Five businesses will go before a panel of eagle-eyed judges to give timed pitches, showcasing how their solution is the best for credit union members. The competition will be fierce!
Attendees also will have plenty of time to explore the Trade Show this year. On Oct. 16, the Trade Show opens officially, with lunch included from 10 a.m. to 12: 30 p.m. and a reception from 4:40 to 5:30 p.m.
On Oct. 17, hungry MAXX attendees can grab breakfast at the Trade Show before another busy day. The sponsored breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. The Trade Show will be open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 and from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 17. Attendees are encouraged to block time during their MAXX experience so that they can explore all the business partners’ booths, as well as betaSpace, where the latest in tech will be on display with hands-on demos.
“We’ve got more designated time in the Trade Show so our attendees don’t have to rush,” Smith said. “We’re making sure to highlight advanced technology solutions through the betaSpace area, and we’ve added the Credit Union Pitch Contest to help our vendors showcase their most innovative solutions.”
