Idaho Central Credit Union teamed up with BVA Development May 22 to break ground on the Eagle View Landing development, located in one of the most visible spots in the Boise area.

ICCU will build a state-of-the art, 125,000-square-foot, five-story office building on the site. ICCU, which is the Gem State’s largest financial institution, employs 1,200 professionals and serves over 360,000 members through a network of technology and 36 brick and mortar branches. The new building will house a call center, back office support, and training areas for the ICCU team.

“This project has been an exciting part of our continued growth in the Treasure Valley,” said Kent Oram, CEO of ICCU. “We are thrilled to provide a beautifully constructed, consolidated space for our team members to serve our members. It will mirror our corporate culture and core values.”

The site is one of the most visible in the Treasure Valley.

BVA will develop the remainder of the site which will include business and medical offices, retail, and hospitality buildings.

“Eagle View will be a landmark development for our company,” said Tommy Ahlquist, CEO of BVA. “With unmatched freeway visibility in the heart of the Treasure Valley, it will be a great site for years to come.”
