Inspirus Opens Bremerton Branch with April Grand Opening


Inspirus Credit Union held a grand opening for its new Bremerton branch in April. The branch is the credit union’s fourth in the state and its first in Kitsap County.

Washington-based Inspirus Credit Union recently opened its new branch in Bremerton, Washington. The credit union held a grand opening in April and invited the community to the celebration. NWCUA Vice President of Legislative Affairs for Washington, Joe Adamack, attended the celebration and was impressed with how other credit unions showed their support. 

“The grand opening really highlighted the strong credit union community [that’s present],” Adamack said. “Representatives of at least three other credit unions were in attendance to celebrate another credit union’s growth and expansion.” 

The new branch is located at 5363 Auto Center Way in Bremerton.  


Oregon Credit Unions Help Raise $30,000 for CMN at Radiothon

Volunteers from three Oregon credit unions answered phones and took donations at an annual CMN Radiothon fundraiser that raised $30,000 for Children’s Miracle Network.

Volunteers from three Oregon credit unions answered phones, took donations, and listened as families shared their stories at a radio event broadcast across four radio stations to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield, Oregon. 

Oregon Community Credit Union joined SELCO Community Credit Union, OnPoint Community Credit Union, and other local organizations at the event to raise $30,000 at the annual CMN Radiothon fundraiser. 

Funds raised from the event will help CMN make lifesaving doctor visits and medical procedures accessible for future generations. One local Miracle Kid shared his story on air of receiving a new heart after being on a waitlist for three years. CMN continues to support him on his journey to a healthy heart.
