Idaho Credit Union Act Technical Update Clears the House, Heads to the Governor

Earlier today, S. 1048, passed out of the Idaho House of Representatives on a unanimous vote.  As you will recall, S. 1048 is the technical update to the Idaho Credit Union Act, which is follow-up legislation to the broader credit union governance updates that were passed during the 2018 Session of the Idaho Legislature.   Representative Brent Crane (R – Nampa – 13) sponsored and presented S. 1048 in committee and on the floor of the Idaho House.  The bill now proceeds to Governor Little for final action.
