Oregon Credit Union Act Update Passes House, Heads for Senate

NWCUA and Oregon Credit Union Movement-backed legislation to update the Oregon Credit Union Act, HB 2426, passed in the Oregon House Thursday by a vote of 58-0 with two excuses absences.

Rep. Shelly Boshart Davis (R-15) carried the bill on the floor following unanimous passage out of committee earlier in the week.

Pam Leavitt and the Oregon grassroots army continue to lead two other priority bills in the Oregon Legislature. Follow your Association’s advocacy blog for updates. See you at 2019 Credit Union Day at the Capitol Feb. 20.
