Learn About Emerging Leaders Program in Upcoming Webinar with NWCUA and DDJ Myers
Dec. 10 webinar will introduce credit union professionals to the program; Strategic Link offers full-ride scholarship.
Credit union professionals interested in career growth and development won’t want to miss an upcoming webinar on the 2019 Emerging Leaders Program, offered in partnership between the Northwest Credit Union Association and DDJ Myers.
The Emerging Leaders program consists of a series of three-day training sessions that start in the spring and end in early fall, with three sessions total. During the training workshops, participants collaborate with industry colleagues and build strong professional relationships with peers from other credit unions. They focus on strategic leadership skills, effective assessment and feedback processes, leadership models, language, and executive presence.
Participants also receive executive-level coaching and mentoring between training sessions. By the final week of the course, each participant presents a leadership project, applying their new skills to support their credit union and community.
The 2019 sessions will be held April 3-5, June 26-28, Sept. 18-20 in Seattle. To find out more, register for the Dec. 10 webinar, Developing Mid-Level Leaders, scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. PST. The deadline to register for the 2019 Emerging Leaders Program is March 7.
