MAXX 2018 Revs up Credit Unions’ Auto Lending Strategies for Future Success

Marci Francisco

With nearly 20 years in the automotive and financial services industries, you could say Marci Francisco has super powers when it comes auto lending. Recognized as a “Wonder Woman” of the auto industry, she’ll bring her insight and vision to Northwest Credit Union Association’s convention, MAXX 2018, to share her perspective on the future of credit union auto lending.

Attendees won’t want to miss her impact session, “The Auto Industry: A Roadmap for the Future,” which will include strategies to drive loan growth and explore the impact of the shared economy and autonomous vehicles. Her talk will be Oct. 17 from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

As Vice President of Sales for CU Direct, Francisco’s expertise includes corporate strategy, marketing, social media, and more.

“With the current rising interest rate environment, credit unions could face market uncertainty in the future,” said NWCUA Vice President of Strategic Resources, Jason Smith. “Marci will give our members strategies to help maximize their auto lending portfolios.”

A long-time partner with NWCUA, CU Direct develops technology that helps credit unions generate loans, create efficiencies and grow membership.

“Auto lending has been a large part of credit unions’ loan portfolios for years,” Smith said. “We’re happy to bring CU Direct’s expertise  to MAXX 2018 to help credit unions maintain that success into the future.”
