Idaho Leaders Meet in Coeur d’Alene for the Idaho Governor’s Cup

The NWCUA Advocacy Team had the honor of taking part in last week’s 2018 Idaho Governor’s Cup in Coeur d’Alene.  Over 800 attendees provided support for the Governor’s Cup program, which provides scholarships to Idaho high school graduates that will be attending Idaho universities.   Our advocacy team had the opportunity to bring the credit union message to the significant number of Idaho legislators who were in attendance as well as Governor Butch Otter and Lt. Governor and gubernatorial candidate Brad Little.  The NWCUA was pleased to host Senate Commerce Committee Chairman Jim Patrick (R – 25 – Twin Falls) and House Business Committee Chairman Vito Barbieri (R – 2 – Dalton Gardens) for the event.
