Strategic Link Announces New Partnership with Board Portal Provider Aprio Inc.

While running a board of directors is familiar to credit unions, it seems that every year there are new governance expectations for timely information access, security, mobility, and transparency to engage diverse voices. Yet the time available to board chairs, credit union executives, and board administrators to prepare and run board meetings, and keep directors engaged and informed hasn’t increased.
Board portal technology was developed to automate setting up board meetings and securely distributing board information to members anywhere, at any time. Like most technology new to the market, the first board portals were expensive.
