Five high school students from Clark County, Washington, are receiving $2,000 scholarships from Vancouver-based iQ Credit Union. Each scholarship winner is pursuing an additional degree or professional training, and was selected based on academic success, community service, a written essay, and letters of recommendation.

“We’re honored to support educational excellence in our community,” said Kelly Schrader, President and CEO. “These students have distinguished themselves through service and academic excellence and deserve recognition and congratulations for their accomplishments.

iQ began as a teacher’s credit union, and over time has contributed more than $235,000 in scholarships to local students.

Ten students have received $2,000 Tomorrow’s Leaders Today (TLT) scholarships from Corvallis-based Oregon State Credit Union.
