Ferguson, has partnered with NWCUA to boost business development opportunities, and create winning member-engagement strategies for credit unions throughout the Northwest.

As Ferguson explains it, she spent 16 years at First Tech Federal Credit Union before founding JRF Consulting Services in 2009. Her financial services career began as a part-time teller, taking her on a journey that included stops as a loan officer, branch manager, director of operations and business development director. She simply loves working with credit unions to help them make a difference with her Journey to Service Excellence sales- and service-training program.
