Advocacy on the Move
February 20, 2018
Just in time for next week’s CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference, your Association has launched a blog designed to give members up-to-the-minute access to the most urgent and inspiring news on the credit union advocacy front.
Your Association’s Government Affairs team began posting to the “Advocacy on The Move” blog during last week’s Credit Union Luncheon at the Oregon Capitol. Going forward, the team will regularly populate this NWCUA members-only blog with news and information that showcases advocacy efforts from the team and Northwest credit unions.
“Through the blog, our goal is to make it easier for Northwest credit unions to follow all of the advocacy activities, advancements, and impact happening across the region in real time,” said Jennifer Wagner, NWCUA’s Chief Advocacy Officer.
Since the advocacy blog is a members-only space, please remember to sign in to view posts. You can also subscribe to receive email notifications about advocacy blog posts once a day, or once a week, depending on how often you’d like to hear from us.
As the 2018 legislative sessions commence in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, we encourage you to visit the advocacy blog regularly, and to sign up to start receiving blog updates in your inbox.
