Open House for Idaho Credit Unions

Credit union professionals and elected officials from across Idaho joined the NWCUA and ICUL boards and staff for an open house, ribbon-cutting, and tour of Idaho credit unions’ new office location on Nov. 29.

“I’m excited to welcome Idaho credit unions to this new space,” said Kent Oram, ICUL Board Chair and President/CEO of Idaho Central Credit Union. “It features the resources our member credit unions need to continue to collaborate and advance the Credit Union Movement, and to serve their members and communities across the state.”

During the open house, credit union leaders networked with legislators, deepening relationships and continuing to advance credit union priorities. Guests included Lt. Governor Brad Little, Sen. Fred Martin, Sen. Marv Hagedorn, Rep. Robert Anderst, Rep. Rick Youngblood, Re. John Gannon, Rep. Tom Dayley, Rep. Lynn Luker, Gavin Gee, Director, Idaho Department of Finance, and Mary Hughes, Bureau Chief, Idaho Department of Finance, among many others.

The office is located at 2710 W. Sunrise Rim Road, Suite 100, Boise, Idaho, 83705, conveniently near I-84 and adjacent to the Boise airport. There is ample parking, and a variety of hotels and restaurants are nearby.

Open-house visitors also connected with the office’s staff and explored the technologies available in the resource-rich space. The new office features two meeting rooms, the largest of which can seat 15 individuals and has video-conferencing technology. Meeting rooms are available for Idaho credit unions to use — simply contact any NWCUA staff member at 800.995.9064 to reserve a space.

Also save the date for these 2018 events in the new Idaho office.

If you were not able to attend the open house, we encourage you to stop by to connect with us. We look forward to welcoming you to the new Idaho location, where we’ll all come together to ignite our #CUobsession.
