#VoteForMiracles and Highlight the CU Difference
December 5, 2017
Credit Unions for Kids is inviting your credit union to encourage staff, members, and the local community to help your local Children’s Miracle Network hospital win up to $50,000. This grand prize could go a long way to helping patients in the Northwest like Nate Powers, our “Miracle Child” at this year’s Run for the Roses Auction.
From now through Dec. 19, you and your community can vote for your favorite CMN Hospital at VoteForMiracles.org. The hospital that receives the most votes will win $50,000. Second through fifth place will receive $20,000, $15,000, $10,000, and $5,000 respectively. The total donation of $100,000 on behalf of credit unions is made possible by the continued generosity of CU4Kids’ supporters, CO-OP Financial Services, and CU Direct.
Designed to engage members and non-members, #VoteForMiracles aims to increase community awareness for credit unions by highlighting the credit union difference.
Last year, the first year of the promotion, was an incredible success with more than 300,000 total votes. The goal for this year is 500,000 votes. To help credit unions reach that goal, visit CU4Kids.org/VoteForMiracles to download posters, flyers, social media suggestions, and more to get your members involved.
