Our Strategic Link partner, CUNA Mutual Group, has teamed up with Filene Research Institute to create a presentation on consumer decision-making research for this year’s MAXX conference.
Titled “Reaching the Non-Member – You May Be Surprised,” the breakout session will dive into new insights on today’s non-member. This session will also provide an overview of Filene’s five Centers of Excellence, which produce research critical to credit unions and the future of consumer finance, addressing the factors impacting credit unions’ ability to serve, excel, and grow.
The session will be presented by Gerry Singleton and Mark Meyer on the second day of the conference, Oct. 24.
Gerry Singleton is the Vice President of Credit Union System Relations for CUNA Mutual Group. He is responsible for establishing, strengthening, and maintaining relations with credit union trade organizations and state leagues.
Mark Meyer, CEO of Filene Research Institute, leads a team that delivers research and products that help people understand the opportunities for cooperative finance to transform communities.
Together, Singleton and Meyer plan to arm you with data from the top credit union researchers in the country, and provide guidance that will help you implement this information in your credit union’s planning and strategy sessions.
