Wear Denim and Help Make Miracles on Sept. 13
By donating $5 on Miracle Jeans Day, credit union employees can help support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Looking for a good excuse to wear jeans to work? How about a lifesaving cause?
Next Wednesday, Sept. 13, credit unions across the nation will participate in Miracle Jeans Day, a fundraiser for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through Credit Unions for Kids. We invite your credit union to join us in this effort to support CMN Hospitals throughout our Northwest region.
Children’s Miracle Network hospitals treat 17 million children each year, performing breakthrough research and providing more than $2.5 billion in charitable care.
By donating $5 to wear jeans on Sept.13, each employee at your credit union can make an impact. Donations are tax deductible, and every penny goes toward helping children at your local CMN Hospital. Here are just a few examples of the needs your dollars support:
- $12: Package of preemie diapers
- $90: Blood pressure cuff and monitor
- $3,000 – $7,000: One chemotherapy session
- $5,000: Heart monitor
How to Participate
When you register your credit union, your team captain will receive the information to conduct a successful Miracle Jeans Day campaign, and your credit union will be recognized for supporting its local CMN Hospital.
