Finding a Solution for Common HR Frustrations

Think of the person who manages HR at your credit union. Do they seem stressed? Does it seem like they have an existential crisis every time payroll is due?
A credit union’s HR manager works with nine vendors to complete all company tasks, on average. These include:
- Medical, Vision and Dental Health Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Federal and State Taxes
