Summer Fundraisers Across the Northwest Support Credit Unions for Kids

Every summer, Northwest credit unions come together to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in their communities through creative campaigns. This year is no exception, with several credit unions bringing summer sporting events to the region to benefit Credit Unions for Kids.

“Everyone at LCCU is passionate about kids and feels deeply for this cause,” said Amanda Nixon, HR/Compliance Coordinator for Lewis Clark Credit Union, highlighting the credit union’s passionate involvement in Credit Unions for Kids fundraising efforts. “We all have either had children that have been affected or know someone whose child has been affected by a terrible illness or injury. Just like credit unions, once you become a part of it, it’s in your blood.”

Read on to learn more about some of the tournaments credit unions have organized to support the Credit Unions for Kids cause in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington over the next few months.
