NWCUA, ICUL Seek Nominations for Open Board of Directors’ Seats

Represent your Credit Union Movement colleagues by serving a three-year term.

NWCUA Board of Directors Nominations

Nominations are being accepted for four at-large seats on the Northwest Credit Union Association (NWCUA) Board of Directors. Those elected will be seated following the Association’s Annual Business Meeting in October. All terms are for three years, expiring in 2020.

Current qualified incumbents Jim Lumpkin, President/CEO of USAgencies CU; John Zmolek, President/CEO of Verity CU; and Bob Newcomb, President/CEO of SELCO Community CU, confirmed they would like to continue to their Board service if elected, while Jack Fallis, President/CEO of Global CU will not seek reelection.

Debie Keesee, NWCUA Nominating Committee Chair has announced that the nomination process is open until 5:00 p.m. April 4, 2017. Details on duties and the elections timeline can be found online.

ICUL Board of Directors Nominations

Nominations are being accepted for two at-large seats on the Idaho Credit Union League (ICUL) Board of Directors. Those elected will be seated following the League’s Annual Meeting in October. Both terms are for three years, expiring in 2020.

Current qualified incumbents Shane Berger, President/CEO of Beehive CU, and Brent Neibaur, President/CEO of Advantage Plus, confirmed they would like to continue their board service if elected.

Todd Erickson, ICUL Nominating Committee Chair, has announced that the nomination process is open until 5:00 p.m. April 11, 2017. Details on duties and the elections timeline can be found online.
