Credit Unions Seize Opportunity at the Idaho Capitol

In preparation for the upcoming 64th Idaho Legislative Session that officially begins on Monday, January 9th, the joint Economic Outlook and Revenue Assessment Committee met on January 5th in Boise.

Despite the record breaking snow that blanketed the Capitol the committee was able to meet and hear from a range of community and government leaders, including Lori Gull, AVP at Idaho Central Credit Union. She shared the positive community and economic impact of Idaho’s Credit Unions and eloquently answered questions from members of the committee.

It was an important opportunity for legislators to be reminded of the wonderful work credit union do in the community and the importance of the not for profit cooperative structure.
