Columbia CU Awards $2,488 Grant to Innovative Services NW

Check presentation in December.

Columbia Credit Union recently awarded a $2,488 grant to Innovative Services NW to support the work of their Pediatric Therapy and Neurodevelopmental Center.

Columbia Credit Union President and CEO Steve Kenny and Chief Operating Officer Lindsey Salvestrin presented a check to Innovative Services NW at Columbia Credit Union’s Operations Center in December.

Innovative Services NW’s Pediatric Therapy and Neurodevelopmental Center has delivered high-quality early intervention and pediatric therapy services to children in Clark County for 36 years. The grant funds will be used to update several evaluation and assessment kits used by their therapists.

Innovative Services NW is a nonprofit organization serving Clark County, WA since 1963. They provide a range of services for children including therapy, early learning and child care; employment training and job support for adults with disabilities or disadvantages; intervention, education and support for foster youth and families; and adult day health care for seniors and adults with disabilities.

“We are pleased to present this grant to Innovative Services NW in support of the great work they do providing assessments and therapy for children in need,” said Columbia Credit Union President and CEO Steve Kenny. “This organization changes lives every day by providing important services that promote the health of our community.”
