Get Out & Vote: NWCUF Joins Point West CU & Mid Oregon CU for “I Love My CU®” Campaign
The video contest that highlights local community involvement by the credit union industry across the country.

The Love My Credit Union® Campaign is a nationwide video contest that invites credit unions and credit union support organizations to create a short video showcasing their good deeds and charitable work.
Users are encouraged to vote for their favorites and help charities across the country receive donations of up to $122,500. Those same users could win a $500 gift card and a $500 donation to the charity of their choice just for voting.
NWCUF submitted as part of the Credit Union Support Organization category, with a video highlighting their collaborative work surrounding asset-building, economic empowerment and cooperative development.
Point West CU covered their third annual Bowl-a-Thon, which raised funds for Credit Unions for Kids and Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland.
Mid Oregon CU’s submission focused on the Family Access Network. FAN improves the lives of nearly 10,000 children and family members each year, working directly with students to provide a connection to vital resources- keeping them healthy and in school.
As of today, Mid Oregon CU sits at sixth place in the $100 million – $249 million asset size category, while Point West CU has also cracked the top 15 in the Under $100 million category.
Users can vote once every day through December 16. If the Foundation’s video prevails, NWCUF will be awarded a donation of $15,000 on our behalf from the Love My Credit Union Rewards program. Here is how to vote for NWCUF:
